1) 총평 (완독 소감 + 간단한 원서 리뷰 포함)

[oxford bookworms -level2] Alice's Adventures in Wonderland

워낙 유명해서 동화책도 많고, 만화로도 많이 접했지만 사실 처음부터 끝까지 제대로된 줄거리는 몰랐다. 

어렸을 땐 그저 이야기가 어지럽고 무슨 말인지 알 수 없었던 것. 

이것도 축약본이라서 아쉽긴 했지만, 

그래도 여러가지 주옥같은 장면과 아리송한 대화들 하나하나 너무 좋고 가슴에 남아서 따로 필사해 두고 싶을 정도 이다.

'넌 누구냐 ?' 고 묻는 애벌레 말에

" 오늘 아침까지만 해도 내가 누군지 알고 있었는데,

하루에도 너무 많은 변화가 있어서 다른 사람이 된 것 같다.

내가 누군지 잘 모르겠다. 한 순간 아주 작아졌다가 또 어느 순간 아주 커버린 것 같다.

'이 길이 어디로 가는 길이냐?' 앨리스가 묻는다.

'넌 어디로 가고 싶으냐?' 고양이가 되묻는다. 

' 그건 모르겠고 어딘가에 도착했으면 좋겠다.'  앨리스가 답한다. 

'그럼 계속 걸으면 어딘가에 도착하겠네. ' 고양이 답한다.

카드 여왕과의 크리켓 게임에서도 

라켓 이 '플라밍고 새' 라서 자꾸 움직이고,

공이 '고슴도치' 라서 맘대로 이동하고,

골문도 '카드병정'들이 허리가 아파서 가만 있어주지 않아

도무지 게임이 어려워서 할 수 없다.

우리네 인생이 이 크리켓게임 같다. 

도무지 어려워 때려치고 싶을 때가 많음..... ㅡㅡ;
