1) 총평 (완독 소감 + 간단한 원서 리뷰 포함)
90) The White Stag
와우~ 1938년 뉴베리메달을 받은 책입니다. 오래된 책이네요. 그래도 100페이지가 안되니 도전합니다.
훈족 지도자 Nimrod이 사망했을 때 그에게는 두아들 Hunor와 Magyar가 있었습니다. 그러나 기근으로 살고 있던 땅을 떠나 새로운 땅을 찾아 가야합니다. Hunor와 Magyar는 새로운 땅을 찾아 말을 타고 달립니다. 그런데 어디선가 White Stag가 나타나게 되고 이 사슴을 따라가 보니 먹을 것도 사냥할 것도 풍부한 곳입니다. 다시 종족에게로 돌아온 Hunor와 Magyar는 종족을 이끌고 그 땅을 찾아 갑니다. 훈족과 마자르족에 얽힌 신화이야기입니다.
